Prices and availability shown online remain indicative until the technical fit and installation details are confirmed.
Do you install multi-splits or ceiling units?
No. JL Aircon specialises in one-room wall-mounted single splits: one indoor unit connected to one outdoor unit. Multi-splits, ceiling cassettes and ducted systems are not offered.
Can one system cool several rooms?
A single split is designed for one defined space. Doors and layouts make spill-over cooling unreliable, so each quote is sized for one room.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. The calculator applies the configured domestic or commercial VAT rule and shows it on the breakdown. Any optional extras also show a VAT-inclusive price before selection.
Is finance available?
Not currently. If a regulated finance option is added later, the lender, terms and total amount payable will be shown clearly before you choose it.
Will I need planning permission?
Many domestic installations may fall under permitted development only when every current condition is met, including the applicable MCS installer, product and installation-standard requirements. The calculator never promises that permission is settled. Flats, listed buildings and protected areas need particular care; check with Wirral Council when unsure.
